This 45 min class will give you a sample of the art of Belly Dance focusing on thebasics. An opportunity sign up for a six week beginner course at a special discount will be offered to attendees.

Theresa'steaching style is encouraging, passionate and energetic. She brings a playful attitude to teaching that makes learning fun.

Wear comfortable clothing like you might wear for a yoga class.  Students usually dance barefoot.
