About: The Heart of America Middle Eastern Dancers are a professional dance troupe based in Kansas City specializing in Egyptian, Lebanese, and Persian styles of Dance. Theresa Maze founded the troupe under the Heart of America Arab Cultural Arts non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the goal of presenting high-quality dances of the Middle East and foster cultural understanding and diversity. The troupe as well as soloists are in high demand within the private and corporate entertainment worlds. They are especially proud to represent Lebanon at the Kansas City Ethnic Enrichment Festival.
